The King Long Headquarters is ideally located to provide national service and parts support to its customers.
At its Headquarters you will find a 4 bay workshop, complete with break testing station and rolling road; allowing King Long to carry out its own maintenance on customer vehicles when required.
In recent months King Long have added an additional 4 mobile service vehicles to its fleet, allowing our team of mobile engineers to service the Kinglong range nation wide, in addition to this Kinglong are able to call upon national service support from its key component suppliers including Cummins, Eaton, ZF, Allison, Meritor, Bosch and Wabco.
2 Year “Bumper to Bumper” Warranty
All King Long vehicles are supplied as standard with a full 2 year bumper to bumper, unlimited mileage warranty which covers all factory supplied components.
This means that in addition to the driveline cover that is normal for new coaches you will also be covered for any defect on the standard body and any equipment King Long supplies.
Due to rapid expansion we are delighted to announce our King Long Parts department is now open to service your requirements from 8am – 8pm Monday – Friday and 8am to 12pm on a Saturday.
Our team of dedicated King Long staff are now on hand to deal with your enquiries and complete your order at times more convenient to the operator.
Investing into Customer Care
We recognise that normal office hours are not always convenient to a coach / bus operators therefore have taken this measure to ensure we are offering our customer the best possible service.
For orders received up to 7:30pm we are able to offer same day despatch and with further investment into a fleet of “delivery / service” vans we are able to deliver same day on any urgent parts requests up to a radius of 150 Miles.
